Additional Information
- All linens are rented on a weekly basis.
- Advance payment required for all linens.
- A valid credit card is required for both security and payment purposes.
- Please place your order at least 2 weeks prior to your intended arrival date.
- Your linens will be delivered between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
- All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund.
- We kindly request that at the end of your stay, you leave all linens (used or unused) in the plastic container labeled "Surfside Cleaning Company". Please leave the container near the front door of the property.
- Please note: If linen is found to be missing, we will charge the provided credit card number for each item as outlined.

- If you would like to purchase Linen Packages, please click on the "Linen Request Form" button below. It is a Microsoft Office Word 2007 Document and is printable. Please complete the form accurately so that we can process your request promptly.
- After receiving your Request Form (via Options # 2-4), the Surfside Cleaning Company will contact you within 3 business days to confirm receipt of your completed form, as well as your total.
- Your order will then be processed, and your invoice will be sent to you promptly by email. If you do not have an email address, the invoice will be sent to you by regular mail.
- Option #1 - Call in Your Order: You may call us at (843) 238-5230 and place your complete order over the phone with a Surfside Cleaning Company Representative. You may either look over the order form before calling and decide which packages you would like, or the representative will give you complete information about the linen packages we offer.
